This past year, I have yet to correspond with an actual human being from the Soundcloud Support team. I've replied to the initial courtesy response, but no further replies come to my email inbox after that first one. If you are having a problem with the Soundcloud platform, then you are likely on your own, because it feels like there are no longer human beings employed at Soundcloud anymore.
